Would not raise. All of the support arms were 1position off. After placing the arms in proper location. Works great, looks good. Looking forward to sitting under it.
Im very unhappy that the plastic cap on top of the umbrella that screws into the pole had a large crack in it. The umbrella itself if nice and seems sturdy I hope the seller will send me a new cap to the pole.
Better than any Ive tried to this point. The reclining mechanism is difficult to work and seems off center from the umbrella. It is difficult to provide a little shade for sitting and flowers on the patio as the sun moves across the sky each day.
This umrella is on a really tall pole which cant be adjusted. It towers over my patio and the tilt function is too difficult to operate. I cant get it to move. After 3 months the color has already bleached out of the fabric. I ordered the tan color which now looks washed out.

Have to be a giant to tilt!
We love it, but the tilt is a little high, and dont know if well be able to disassemble to store for winter.
Arrived with broken cap.
Everything was great except the cap on top arrived broken. I didnt return as I was able to use still and I needed an umbrella right then.

Nice umbrella but cap was cracked
Good value and nice operation. Downside is that cap was cracked on second unit I ordered. Replacement was also broken.
