The pin in the original one fell out so the vendor sent me a completely NEW one! Excellent customer service, this is a perfect large rectangle for our deck table.
Bought this in Early April and gave to my sister for her birthday on July 3rd. Part of the lock to hold the umbrella upright was broke. I contacted the company and shown them a picture of the broke part. Within a week I had a whole new umbrella sent to me. Could not ask for better customer service. If you are thinking about getting a umbrella. Highly recommend this one and company. Beautiful umbrella and they stand behind their products. Thank you for the great customer service and product.
