The item was missing some parts, and we had to contact the seller. They sent all the parts we needed. The parts dont have the letter labels on them (A, B, C.) but the wrapping is labeled, so you want to make sure you know which parts are which before you assemble it. But the product is good! This is exactly the color I was hoping for. Its a soft off white like gentle ivory. Very dreamy. Went great in the space, sturdy, no problems during assembly. I feel like I got a good deal with a 200 pricetag. I didnt want to spend much but got two beds for two girls. Its not too close to ceiling and bottom bunk has good head space and no one is right on the floor. Everything was great! Easy set up.
I mean for the price its good I assembled it all by myself took me an hour im 53 and not that strong so Im sure this has to be doable for others
My only complain is why is it still so squeaky even when mounted to the wall ?? It was easy.
My grandaughter is 7 and finally decided to pick a bed it was a hit she absolutely Loves it, especially the color.

Good bunk beds
Not cry about the screws it came with, they are cheap and strip out easily. It is very sturdy. Cute.
Squeaks alot
Easy to install and strong. Hard to assemble, not good for 12 inch mattress.
