The bed is super cute, but it is probably the most difficult assembly of any furniture Ive ever purchased. It took 3 adults 2 days to get it together. Directions arent the best, though they might have been clearer if pieces werent mislabeled. Every single screw included (probably about 30) uses an Allen wrench, and the one provided is incredibly poor quality and broke by time the bed was half way assembled. Needs improvement in quality.
I didnt even expected it to be this good! I mean its AMING! Easy to assemble, very sturdy and looks so nice! If you have a little princess and you want to make her room unique, this is her bed! LOVE LOVE!!
Update: I added two stars just because their customer service is excellent. They promptly contacted me and rectified the situation.
This was very cheaply made. Not worth the money at all. The wood split when we put the screw in with the allen key, there were no holes to screw the slats into, and the slats split when we put the mattress on it. Were taking it down because we are not comfortable letting our daughter sleep on it. SO DISAPPOINTED!! Hope to improve in the future
Daughters first big girl bed. Since day one she has slept in it! Never had a transition problem from crib to bed. Its a super cute bed! Exceeded my expectations
