This chair is perfect for our 91 year old Moms room. Its a little narrow, which we love as it fits her small frame just right. We were so happy to receive it next day assembly was easy. Best of all, she loves it!! Really Worth it..

Like the look. Hate the British English instruction clearly written by a person who is not mechanical. They need to show nuts and bolts in real size. I am distressed to see how many people have these chairs collapse on them when they use them. Well see. Ive had this chair for a couple weeks now and the right side wing keeps falling off onto the floor. It looks like the mounting brackets were installed upside down so they gravity aids in the fall and they could use it to mount it better so Im debating on whether or not to remount everything but I dont know if the chair is too cheap to take it. This is not a quality chair. Its fine for a particular purpose but if your main purpose is to sit in it and use it this is not the chair for you its too cheap. I had to re/order a mounting bolts for the wing which they sent and now that they are on everything is very good. I still say this chair is only for fairly lightweight people I would say under 180 pounds it is not for bigger people. I sit in it every day its in my office and its quite nice. I actually think it is comfortable I dont think theres anything hard about it but its up to you. Good quality.
The chair worked perfectly the first day. The second day, when reclining, the chair went right back to the second position. I cannot sit in it without reclining back. And now its goes to the third position. In order to use my chair, I have to sit in it with four pillows behind me! Value for money.
