Chair and autamin are very comfortable. The chase if the back is fully up is good, bot the back is way too short for the mid range.
The bed is its big failure. The edges of each cushion is lined with wood which makes it very sturdy, but cuts onto you when you lie down because there is only about an inch of foam above the wood. It is possible to find a comfortable position (I recommend laying with your head towards the feet. The hits around your side instead of your hips or shoulders.
If you buy the two pack you can set them side by side and make a nice love seat. If you turn them into a bed youll have the same problem with the wood and have about a 3 inch gap at the feet.
In the end this is serviceable and sturdy, but not something I would recommend for guests.
It looks fine as an ottoman; unassuming, clean lines, likely will blend with any decor. Still, I would’ve never paid this price for something that functions as an ottoman. I bought it because I needed it to fold out into a bed, so I could sleep on it while I’m doing house renovations. Before it came, I had been sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag. After night 2 on this product, I went back to the floor.
The first night I slept on this fold out ottoman/sleeper I woke up in the morning so stiff and in pain that it took me 15 minutes to get up and off the thing. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I overdid it that day with work. I slept on it a second night and woke up feeling like I got hit by a truck. I’m not exactly sure why, it does seem to have a decent amount of firmness to it I’m just thinking maybe it’s not designed with orthopedic comfort in mind.
I was hoping to use this as a extra cot for guest overflow for the holidays, but it’s so uncomfortable I’m going to use it as a punishment for anyone who brings up politics over dinner.
This is an OK chair - for the price thought it might have a little more padding. Its easy to use (open and close) but not sure I could sleep all night on it opened up (just too hard). I like the side pockets.

Good size
Needs arms
Looks good but not very sturdy
It will work for what I need (only used for occasional guests) but it is not very sturdy and looks a little cheap.

The floor is more comfortable

Harder than expected, sit slowly

Chair
This chair is decent quality and looks great but is NOT comfortable. Like sitting on a sheet of plywood.
One person assembly possible
Overall quality fine, but nuts bolts and washers arrived out the bag rusty. So had to replace with my own. Disappointing for a new product.
Wouldn’t buy again
I thought it was one piece. It’s actually two pieces and slides into the bottom of the chair. It’s cheap and won’t last long. Storage is a joke.
