I received this server as a Christmas gift. I love it! Very sturdy, heavy piece. The instructions were by pictures. Every assembly piece was marked and separated which I loved. Takes the guess work out of trying to figure out sizes of screws. My daughter and I were able to put this together in a little over an hour. Great addition to my dining room ALL GOOD!
This is a great addition to our dinette area. The finish matches our kitchen and removes the clutter in the area. The assembly is a bit of a challenge and should not be undertaken if one is not familiar with assembly. The only real problem is packaging and shipping. The manufacturer and are to blame for damage incurred during shipping. The box was torn and holes poked in many areas. Luckily, the only thing damaged was one of the 3 back panels was cracked and distorted and required some extra time and effort to assemble. Not visible as it is facing the wall. I know would allow return, but better packaging of heavy and fragile items would make for a better solution. Lovely for the price

Order arrived promptly. The assembly instructions were probably the best that I have seen with each bag part labeled which coordinated to the book of assembly. Piece is exactly as pictured and was very easy to assembly. Matches perfectly to a table that I have. My problem, is that I have no way to request a replacement part. My front glass doors is the problem. The right door was drilled incorrectly and I therefore cannot attach the doors. The return process doesnt give me the option to just ask for replacement doors. If the seller reads this, please contact me for door replacements. Absolutely awesome product!!
Nice piece of furniture, fairly easy to put together. One of the door hinges was broken, the seller sent me replacement ones from China in approx 2 weeks, great contact with Emma too! Thank you! Really Happy!!

It wasnt easy to assemble because some of the pieces would break, but the overall appearance is beautiful So far meets my expectations

Looks expensive
Easy to assemble and the espresso finish is evenly applied. Great for knickknacks storage. This product was exactly what I was hoping for

Instructions should include words, not just pictures
These instructions that include no words cause a lot of wasted time. How hard would it be to just have the instructions printed? Great find!!
