I got the bed in September 2020 for my 2 daughters (ages 11 8) The bed was great the first 2 momths but now the bottom bunk metal is curved (bent) and the bed makes massive noise when they roll over in their sleep. Bed is probably better in a soare bedroom and not for everyday use. Now i have to get them a new bed because there is no saving the bottom bunk.
Instructions poor. The ladder has very small round steps, unable to climb without shoes on. My 7 yr old grandson slipped off the ladder the very first time he tried to climb down (got pretty bruised from the fall).
One hole in support was not correct and could not be used.
The bottom is sturdy with a box spring + mattress. We actually managed to fit a full size mattress at the bottom and its used by adults. Now, the top is wiggly and the rail to keep children from falling is not tall enough. We lined up the edges with giant stuffed animals. With just the twin mattress, theres only about an inch of rail left. All parts were accounted for. Perfect for my teenager.
Overall once it was put together its a nice bed. But the manufacture threw me for a loop putting it together. One of the main corner polls had bolt indention on the wrong side. Just check the top rails make sure they line up with all the bolt holes before putting all the slats in. Basically had to build it once tear it completely down then rebuild it again. It was close to hit the dumpster several times during this process. But its nice now its done 2 hours later To small for the price.
Update: Had bed together for approximately two weeks and the bottom bunk that my 140lb daughter just sits on during the day with a 6 memory foam mattress has bent slats! It is supposed to hold 440lbs! Excuse the cat in the video but I was trying to illustrate the degree of which it is bent with the paper tube rolling. Very infuriating!
I bought this because of the weight limits being higher than most. It is very sturdy, no squeaky metal bed sounds. The directions could have been a little better, its just pictures and it needs to be put together precisely for all the holes to line up. We used a rubber mallet to gently tap in the metal slats that were off a bit, try doing some in the middle and the ends and alternating to help.

Poor design ladder.

Nice but terrible to put together

Happy at first, then very upset!

Bad product
It done bent up on bottom bunk about to break not a good product at all Its not as sturdy as I would have like.
Dont buy it.
No instructions nor technical support. Had to look at the pictures and figure it out. Not sturdy! Sturdy for light items.
Missing
Love the color and the beds. Hardware was missing. Went to hardware store so they could be put up right away. Just the right height.
