Just got this today: This chair and ottoman arrived well packaged, brainless to assemble, and seems sturdy. There are some minor defects in the fabric, and that is ultimately why i gave this chair 3 stars. For this price, I expected pristine fabric. I wanted this chair for my bedroom as a reading/writing chair. I was looking for an dusty pink accent color to compliment the soft gold and silver of my bedroom. Be aware that the pink color in the fully assembled picture of the chair and ottoman is tinted by my dark pink lamp shade. I bet the emerald color chair is really pretty, too! I will try to update if i notice immediate wear or further defect of the piece. But other than that its nice
So, I absolutely LOVE this accent chair, however, the foot stool came with 4 legs to hold it up, obviously lol, BUT, theres only enough holes drilled at the bottom of the foot stool for 3 legsits disheartening because Ive been super excited to get these in and seeing how it mustve been a minor lack in detailing during the making process of this product, is just a little annoying. Its an expensive piece, a beautiful piece, everything about it is perfect. except the missing holes to assemble the foot stoolits currently tilting with 3 legs waiting to hear back from the company. hopefully I dont have to wait a month or more for a replacement, well see! Still a beautiful product and worth the wait money!!
So update! The seller contacted me, About a day after me reaching out to them via email and they are sending me a new chair; no hassle! Love the comfy chair! Love the height, width, fabric is smooth plush, my friends have already complimented it, my children love to read on them, and one of our family members has already made a purchase for their own set, thats how beautiful this piece is! Thrilled with the product as well as the customer service of this company, VERY easy to assemble they treated me with respect and urgency; will definitely be a lifelong returning purchaser
Easy to assemble! A little shorter than what I thought but it fits well and is very soft and comfortable to sit in I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
