My only honest complaint is that the seat is a little small but that is something not everyone will face. After that, its a chair, it fits the role well I am satisfied.

I ordered this chair and ordered two on accident. My friend gave one to his sister for a Xmas present, and the other he gave to me. I needed one so badly.
I love everything about the chair and it has nothing to do with putting it together, the wheels when you start to roll forward back and forth it turns sideways on front wheels and it is aggravating! All in all its a great chair good for the price!
Bought on Tuesday, received on Friday. The plastic mold around the gas lift was cracked completely down the side (picture 1). This keeps the top part of it from being able to stay in place. (Picture 2). The leather back has a tear in it from the metal screw receptacle poking through it because it was not lined up from the packing being stored in the seat back. (Picture 3) The receptacles are almost all improperly lined up with the holes in the chair material itself. The chair is decently comfortable and fairly easy to assemble with a little work needed with the arms because of the aforementioned holes not lining up. And although both major issues I have arent noticeable by just glancing, its frustrating to have issues with a brand new item.

Very comfortable chair
This chair has good back support, is comfortable, and rolls easily. I would recommend this chair. It also has an aming price compared to others.
