Not sure what the difference is between this and a 1000 chair because I never owned one of those. This one seems quite comfortable though. Easy to put together and sees quite durable. All in all a great value.
This chair was easy to put together. A little tricky with the Back Support if you dont look carefully at the directions/drawings on how to connect the Back Support to the Seat Cushion.
After using this for a little over a month, it started to loose support and form on the seat, so will have to get a pad. Im 6/6 and 250 so probably hitting near the maximum for this style of chair. My butt got tired sitting after about an hour to an hour and a half. Will just have to get a good pad for my bottom to keep it comfortable for sitting 2 to 3 hours. Thats my normal time between rest stops! :o)
So I just received my 6th of these chairs. My last one had to be returned because of manufacturing defects. took care of the issue quick and with no issues. The replacement is great! Even though the back is hollow and theyre cheaply made, theyre actually very nice, comfortable and decently sturdy! My first two Ive had for 3 years now, no issues, the second 2 get daily use at work and are holding up great. Would definitely buy another!
After assembling which was very straight forward. It does not have much lower back support but it is also only 80 so. I used it for about a week then it started skweaking but other than that it is very good.

I liked the chair, but ran into challenges when screwing the bolts from the arms into the chair back. Id highly suggest having help with that part.

If you follow instructions it can be put together in about 1 hr.
Very comfortable while using my computer. it adjusts height and tension very easily. A real good buy for me.

Got for wife to use at her work and she loves it. Good support and comfortable. I have even sat in it a time or two!
