I ordered two of them , they arrived fine , I asked a family friend to put together for me , it took him a few hours , they looked very nice , then he realized a couple of plastic pieces are missing , he said that no big deal , may be we can buy them at Home Depot . I like them so much I ordered the third one . When it arrived , I asked the same friend to put together for me , this time , he said that half of the hard wares are missing , he cal and talked to the customer service at , she promised to send them out right away , it was two weeks ago , nothing . He cal again yesterday , this time the customer service agent was very rude , she said that it is s fault . I am going to call directly to get the bottom of it . Meantime , this half finished cabinet is standing in the middle of my living room for over two weeks . Good product , bad customer service . You need alot of patience to build this!
The cabinet is not too difficult to assemble, but because there is glass involved, you need two people. It is just the ticket for displaying small antiques. You can easily add a spot light onto each shelf, either one with a clamp and wire or a battery/operated one. Makes a lovely, understated addition to your livingroom Good product!

My 86 year/old husband wanted to display his recently assemb LEGO car kits. Typed in acrylic bookshelf and found this. Exactly the right dimensions for a small space. Came within 3 days. Protective wrapping around tempered glass and shelves. High quality; looks like a piece of our contemporary furniture. Hint: start by attaching shelves to back glass panel. Holes were aligned and dril through. Glass and shelves are heavy which contributes to sturdiness. Stands straight, no wobbling. Only frustration in assembling was trying to get Allen wrench into openings. Having an extra pair of hands is helpful. Great value for price. Perfect for showing off collections. Awesome product.
