EDIT: Product assembly aside, I am pleased with how it turned out. It seems to hold together alright and I can sit in it comfortably. The cushion isnt the softest but I wanted something which would provide support, which it does. The blue provides a nice accent.
I was excited to get this chair for my room, but man if it isnt a bear to put together. None of the pieces in the box were labeled, save for one random arm, which was labeled as something which wasnt even included in the directions.
Putting it together was another matter entirely. I tried to keep the screws relatively loose to ensure everything lined up before tightening, but even then still had some issues. Youre supposed to put both the included spring washers and regular washers on the screw during assembly, but there were some holes in which these pieces refused to fit, and I was unable to screw everything in place no matter how I tried. I just ended up getting rid of the washers and that seemed to hold, but I will need to keep an eye on the screws to make sure they dont come loose.
Eventually I got it assembled, but I really considered returning it after an hour and a half of trying to put it together to no avail. Advice to company: please make sure that the measurements and parts line up with one another. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
I got the yellow chair and it is great. Nice and bright. When assembling the chair I didnt realize the wings were in a zipped space under the seat ( my 13 yr old found them/ embarrassing).
It is comfy and fits great in my space. It arrived on time
The chairs were easy to assemble, look beautiful and are comfortable. Customer service was prompt to respond to my question. (The pair of chairs were shipped separately and mine were delivered a day apart.) They responded quickly to my question and followed up! It is ok for the use.
We recently downsized to a small apartment, and I wanted comfortable accent chairs that had a small footprint, arms, and a low back that wouldnt block the light from the one window in the living room. And I wanted them to be affordable too. I didnt think Id find something that ticked all the boxes, but I was wrong. These are unicorn chairs!
Assembly is quite easy / with the exception of the wings, which are just a bit fiddly. The chairs are comfortable AND perfectly sized for our small apartment living room. Super pleased with the purchase! Best quality product
