I put this bench in front of the bay window in my living room. It is the perfect size for this space. It was very easy to assemble. It is quite sturdy too! Two adults and my granddaughter sat on it for pictures. I am so happy I made this purchase.
It works for me. Gives me a place to sit, put shoes on, give my dog attention, watch tv (not in bed) and gives others (kids, etc.) a place to sit in my room.
Arrived fast, packed nice, the easiest thing Ive assembled, maybe took 15 minutes. Perfect for the entry way, it is really pretty and nicely made. The cat has claimed it.
I purchased this for the end of my bed, to sit and put on shoes and read some, but quickly found out that for putting on shoes( short time ) its fine but not for sitting longer than 2 to 3 minutes. Wound up having to order a cushion to allow for longer sitting time.
I like it. I was going to use it for the dual purpose of a window seat and bench seating for the dinette table but its on the short side. I thought 23 was the seat height. Ill put it somewhere.
