I recieved no fewer than 8 calls/emails about coordinating delivery and constant updates despite me telling them THREE times someone is home 24/7, no calls are needed, simply knock on the door! For those of us with real jobs this is a nuisance, as if you dont answer every contact they put your delivery on hold! Expected.
Great product however during delivery my chair was hit on the corner and it is now ripped. I love this chair but its damaged. Good deal and was easy to put together.
We like the style, the deep seat cushions and the dark charcoal color. It seems well/built. But its not nearly as comfortable as some reviewers claim. Ive taken to launching myself onto it when sitting down to try to beat the cushions into submission. We need to borrow some small children to come and jump up and down on it for a bit.
That being said, its a good price and we dont regret buying it.
So the sofa supposedly arrived at a wrong carrier facility the day before the scheduled delivery, but they still managed to get it to me on time which is awesome of them. I scheduled the delivery for 6am/9am on a Saturday and it arrived at about 630am. Although, they left the 7x5 box outside my doorway instead of bringing it into the entryway of my apartment like the delivery details said (maybe they thought I was still asleep), so I had to wrangle the giant box through the doorway which, I should note, fit with maybe less than half an inch to spare.
The material is soft enough and feels like it will be very durable. Comfort/wise its not bad; its not like sitting on a cloud or anything, but Im hoping after some breaking in it can achieve cloud status because it definitely feels like it can. Its just kinda stiff right out of the box. One of the other reviews said that means its built to last so fingers crossed. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.

When it first arrived, there was some offgassing / and when I first sat on it I noticed the crinkling sound. Now I dont notice it as much and its just a couple days later. I think its the feathers shifting on each other or maybe some plasticky layer. Either way not a huge deal.
Day 1 I was a little disappointed because I was expecting, like, the most comfy couch ever from the reviews here. So. It actually sits pretty firm at first. Its definitely going to break in over time, I can already tell. It somehow manages to be cushy and sink in/conform to you a little while being supportive.
This couch is def well made. The fabric is soft to touch and smooth, but not plush. Its also fairly thick material.
I wasnt sure about the slate color, its def not the color pictured. Its better in person. Im still not sure about it but I think adding some pillows will help me feel like its not as much grey lol!! Its definitely more of a medium/grey business suit color. Overall Im pretty happy, it will stand the test of time for sure! Easy directions.
If you have bad knees, this isnt goodit is a great chair, however since it is so low to floor, if you have any issues with knees or . it will be difficult to get up.(I have 2 knee replacements} . Not so stable.
I just got this couch today. Its super comfortable and soft but it does have a stain on the back cushion hopefully I can get it out and its not mildewed. Im 511 and I can stretch on it perfectly and you can remove the back cushions for someone to sleep on. Bought two great value for the money, durable.

this was to low for me I could not get on it . i have a bad back, and sitting on it did not help. It is a nice sofa but Excellent product!
