We love this couch and have gotten several compliments on it! The only problem was one of the backs had some faulty stitching and the seam came undone. We contacted the seller and they were very quick to send us a new package with TWO new backs/sides. We are very happy with the couch and the company! Exceeded my expectations
Update: Now that weve had the sofa for several weeks, Im updating because theres something thats really bothering me that I didnt realize would be such an issue. Each piece has its own edges and, if youre trying to stretch out over several, the edges are really uncomfortable. Its a nice looking sofa and great for a business setting or a more formal room where youre sitting up, but its not a couch I would buy to lounge on.
This sofa is easy to assemble, looks beautiful, and the material is comfortable. Its very firm, so be aware of that if you dont prefer firm couches. Its great how versatile it is and really comfortable when youre lounging/laid back. The back is lower than Id like, so its not as comfy when sitting up. Be careful of little fingers with the storage, but its very nice to have so much of it. Depending on what youre looking for, it can be a great fit for you. highly disappointed!!!
We love this couch. It came in separate boxes over 3 days but customer service assured us with all the tracking numbers that everything was getting delivered, and it did. They were very prompt when I was concerned only half showed up the first day but it was fine.
The color is great, beige/ tan. The fabric is kind of velvety but soft and seems easy to clean. Every piece is storage and it comes with 2 ottomans that are also storage.
You can arrange in any way and it has connector pieces so nothing drifts apart. The arms /backs (same pieces) can all be angled to relax.
Seems sturdy and is very comfortable. Love the storage. Couldnt find another couch like this in our price range. Good product for its value
Weve had this for several months. I take the sections apart to vacuum, and I wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and febreze or enzymes to keep fresh. The smell was really weird for the first week, from packaging, so be aware of that. As long as youre sitting on the middle of the cushion, it is very comfortable. Lying down, just make sure your hip or rib isnt directly on the part where the 2 sections connect. We sleep on it all the time, and our 2 hyper dogs love it. They have tried to scratch it up, but so far, its holding up pretty well. Love the color and it was very comfortable
I love how modular it is. Its so easy to take apart and set up in a variety of different ways. And it is so soft and comfortable. It totally exceeded my expectations! It arrived on time
Sofa is so modular that we can easily convert it from l shaped 4 seater to 3 + 2 seater for guests. I love the reconfigurability and in future can order additional sections if wants to expand Its a good product
I purchased the modular sofa and I am extremely satisfied with all the products I purchased. I loved it so much I ended up buying additional pieces so I can make more configurations if needed when family visits. Fabric is soft and repels liquids. The couches are firm, but soft enough to be comfortable and nap on. Storage underneath is beyond handy as well. If you want to move it around it is easier to move individual pieces by its ottoman base instead of the whole couch. Back/Arm rest is also incredibly firm, albeit, I dont think anyone should sit directly on it or move the piece from the armrest for longevity. I didnt have enough T shaped connectors and wanted extra pillows for the side backrests and the company was prompt and responsive through the messaging app. They sent me dates and specific information of when packages were shipped or stock would be available. You can assemble the pieces easily with a simple screw driver. It has truly changed my life! All I want to do now is lounge around on my new comfy couches. This piece is so versatile you can fit it anywhere and assemble for movie night, family visits, sleeping, and lounging. Enjoy! Best quality product
It is nice and I love the storage and how flexible it is to put it however you want. Just wished the color looked like the picture. Everything is nice!
