Easy to assemble and came in less than a week. We got one box first, then the rest the next day. Its very firm. The storage underneath is legit and I love that you can adjust the backs of each piece. It makes the depth of the seats feel a lot larger when you have them leaned back. If youre on a budget and need a large couch, this is a good option. We have three dogs and a cat so Ill try to update this review in a few months. This was definitely a good choice.
I was worried about spending this much for a sofa I could try first. I took a chance and I am so glad I did! It arrived a day early, was easy to put together considering I am 68 years old, and I can not say enough abouts customers service. Three of my cushions had marks on them and one of the armrests. I contacted, received a prompt response and replacement pieces for each one that was damaged. Overall the experience was outstanding which is rare these days! We love this couch. It came in separate boxes over 3 days but customer service assured us with all the tracking numbers that everything was getting delivered, and it did. They were very prompt when I was concerned only half showed up the first day but it was fine.
The color is great, beige/ tan. The fabric is kind of velvety but soft and seems easy to clean. Every piece is storage and it comes with 2 ottomans that are also storage.
You can arrange in any way and it has connector pieces so nothing drifts apart. The arms /backs (same pieces) can all be angled to relax.
Seems sturdy and is very comfortable. Love the storage. Couldnt find another couch like this in our price range. Dont over think it, youll love it!!
We love our modular sofa and so far loving the functionally and look of it. The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for. Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amed on how flexible and comfortable it is and cant wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive modular sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which were hoping will hold up for many years given it isnt really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. Its a modular sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design staging business with design spacial versatility in mind. I made this purchase somewhat skeptically but as soon as it arrived I was delighted. It got here in three days, and that is two months sooner than my local furniture store could deliver from their warehouse!! The quality is great, hardware is excellent to hold the sections together. It is as others have mentioned quite stiff as far as comfort goes but we have quickly adapted to the new feel. Our living room is quite odd shaped so having the flexibility to arrange the sofa as we need is unparalleled. As an added bonus there is storage under every seat. We can keep blankets and pillows for a great night watching movies. We couldnt be more pleased. After the purchase I felt like we needed a couple extra sections so I went back and ordered additional pieces. Thank you so much, we love it! Love the finished product!!

You cannot lean on it.And support from the seller is awsome.one sofa has a hole and I asked for the new ottoman and they gave us. This will be good fit for sophisticated homes. I have rowdy teenager so not very good. But overall very beautiful sofa. Im pleased with my purchase.
I was nervous to purchase this couch but I am so grateful that I did. Shipping was fast, tracking was provided for all the cases since they arrived on different days. Assembly was so simple and I love that all the cushions and pieces were shipped inside the sections of the couch. If you want to rearrange the couch its quick and easy. The sections are secure when connected and I love that there is storage in each section. I do keep scotchguard on the couch (I have a house full of kids and dogs) and it is cry easy to keep it clean that way. The couch is really firm and holds up really well to toddlers that confuse it for the trampoline. I highly recommend this couch. We all love it. Really nice looking furniture.

And its not even all the way set up!!! I still get to add onto it which Im so excited for. The couch can be set up in multiple different ways! So it can even be a fun way for the kids to play. All of the compartments are storage containers which is great. And the couch is shipped with FedEx and delivered directly to your door. We love the sofa. The price was excellent, because we saw similar sofas priced at 4000/6000, and with a 8/16 week wait. We received our sofa in less than a week. We purchased the grey it is a warm grey that tends to look beige depending on lighting. The sofa is very firm, so not the comfy sink into sofa some might desire. It was easy to assemble, and sturdy. Although, we have concerns about the reclining back and arm feature. I think it could break with to much weight is on it. The legs of the sofa are plastic with a bump on the bottom that could scratch the floor. We placed pads to protect our new flooring. Overall we are very happy with the quality for the price. Beautiful color good quality
