Tip when putting it together the star drill bit works. Discovered this afer an hour with the allen wrench. Instructions are easy to use and i would have had it put together much faster had i known about the drill
The bed came without the screws so we had to go to Lowes to buy some. Hubby had to work his magic to keep everything safe. The bed came with a dent in one of the side bars. We had family coming in for a funeral and needed the beds. The metal pieces feel heavy. Finally we were able to put bed together with screws we had to buy. The bed moves\sways when someone is climbing on top.
I contacted the company through email and never heard back. We like the color we ordered which was black.
We do not understand how the bed made it past QC
I dont usually do a review but I was disappointed in the color of the white bed. We have true white trim and a bookcase in the same room and this bed looks off/white. Its all put together at this point and its ok but dont suspect we will use it for more than a couple of years. Wish I had bought the gray one now but my husband would not want to put another one together again!
Overall, the product is great! We are using it for college students and the extra length is awesome. I deducted one star because we thought it may be easier to assemble than what it took. My husband is pretty handy and it took approx. 2 hours to complete everything. Directions were typical, nothing outstanding to follow.
This bed has been a lifesaver! It arrived in two boxes at the same time so we were able to complete assembly same day! Its a little tedious to set up but my children were happy to assist their mother on a boring summer day. It doesnt creak or make any noises at all for us, but I was sure to tighten bolts very well. Its bigger than I imagined, taller then I figured, with a real sized top bunk mattress my 7 yr old just barely sits on her bed without bumping her head. We live in an apartment so maybe the ceilings are slightly shorter than a house would be? However my son has a bunk as well from a different company and is 11 and much taller than his sister and has more clearance above his head then her bed. My teenager sleeps on the Queen mattress and theres been no issues with her comfort. Theres good clearance with a 9/10 inch mattress on that bunk for me and her, but were short, 53. Im stunned how aming this quality is. The brushed finish and square tubes are different but modern and my daughters love their new arrangement. Theres also plenty of room under the Queen for storage if needed, we have six underbed bins down their now and its been nice to have more floor space! Previously had two twin beds side by side in their room so this makes that problem disappear slightly, we now have a Queen size but its allowed for more area to walk in their room. All in all Im very satisfied. The instructions were clear for the most part, if your no stranger to putting furniture together then youre going to be fine! Have a helper though, I say at least two adults but the kids can be helpful too!

Instructions are not especially clear / but if you take your time looking at them / easy enough to figure out. Extra space for guests with the queen bottom and twin top. The twin top is extra long, so if you buy this, youll need an extra long twin mattress, as well as extra long twin sheets to fit. carries both of these items, too. If you need to move the bed, someday, youll have to take some of the bed apart, not all of it.
These just arrived and while it took a few hours to assemble, the frame is very sturdy and they look great !! Very stylish and they dont take up a lot of room.
