Thankfully, mine did come with all the parts and the instructions. The parts were thick and sturdy, much better frame than the 90 version I replaced it with. Dont really see whats to conplain about unless you get broken or missing parts.
Was ok for my husband to assemble as hes pretty handy. Might be too challenging for someone without the tools and knowledge. Otherwise, its perfect for our space and 3 grandchildren.
This bed was fairly simple to assemble, my 16yo did it mostly by himself. It does have a bit of a wiggle but hes gotten used to it. We do wish that the ladder rungs were larger, the small diameter of the bars is uncomfortable and cold to climb on. Otherwise, its a good bed, and were satisfied.
Not enough reviews to make you want to buy, but its very nice. Looks great, 57.5 inches tall underneath and fits a normal twin bed. The desk is NOT included. The only flaw I have is that when you climb up or change position, the bed has a little shake to it. Then again, we havent attached it to the wall yet. That will most likely fix it. Other than that its not loud or anything, just a little wobbly. Structurally secure, so the wobble wont loosen any screws. Kind of made me sleep faster, I shook my foot and it felt as if I was in a little moving rocking chair LOL.
This bed is just what we needed // queen on bottom and XL Twin on top. This company is wonderful. The bed arrived in two boxes, like expected, but the larger box was obviously a returned itemand had been re/packaged and re/taped but still had gaping holes. I counted every single piece to make sure all was in order.
Unfortunately the screws were scattered throughout the box. Miraculously all pieces were in good shape and only ONE screw was missing! I called the company and their customer service was aming, and sent the screw immediately. Luckily they sent TWO screws because as we assembled the bed, we needed it as well. This bed is sturdy and the instructions for assembly were pretty good. I say pretty good because we were confused a few times, but finally figured it out. This bed will be used in our guest room for many years to come.
I loved the sellers communication and willingness to satisfy his customers. I have the assembling a 3 star because I havent opened the product yet. Other than that everything else gets 5 stars!

Value for my money
Priced right. Took a long time to put together. Some holes not drilled in the correct places to bolt together.

Its not very sturdy. The area under the bunk is decent.
I wish it was sturdier. There is a decent amount of room un the bunk for a desk and chair.
