This sofa is the perfect combination of soft and comfortable, but sturdy and well made, so im expecting it to last. I love the Victorian vibe, it looks well placed with my Tiffany lamps, tatted doilies, and tapestry side chairs. Plus its long enough to lay down on with leg room to spare. We have no dislikes

Was a little nervous buying on , however I couldnt find what I wanted anywhere locally. The dimensions of this loveseat were perfect, and the style and color what I wanted as well. Im glad I trusted the reviews because it is very comfortable, everyone that has sat on it agrees. The fabric is soft but seems sturdy. Im giving this 5 stars for the product, because the comfort and quality is better than Id hoped, however Id give delivery 3 stars.
Delivery day and approximate time was communicated well by phone. Before arriving, the driver called to ask if I would be able to meet him to pick this up at the location of another stop because he feared he would not be able to get his truck close enough to my house. I didnt have a means to pick this up and assured him he could get his truck backed up to my driveway and Id be here to help. When he arrived in a full size semi I could understand his concern navigating a tight residential area near a lake. He was able to back up close to my driveway and that was all good. However his truck did not have a lift gate and he did not have a hand cart to make getting this off the truck and up to the house an easy task. I assisted him and assured him it was fine, however I have carpal tunnel in both arms and it was not a wise move on my part. After carrying this up to my garage, I unpackaged and wrestled this into my house alone. I didnt expect help getting it into the house, but I was surprised that the delivery company was unprepared by not having a lift gate, hand cart, or extra set of hands to get this off the truck. Had I been warned help would be needed Id have made arrangements to have someone here. Im not at all upset by this, but detailing my experience for future buyers.
The loveseat itself is truly marvelous and Im very pleased with this purchase. Value is good for the price
The couch seems really well built, looks great, and is very comfortable. I took a star off because it took 9 days longer than estimated and there was a blemish on one of the wooden legs. Good product for its value
