I bought this for my 93 year old mother who is 98 lbs and 410. I was so happy to find a recliner made for people her size. She loves it and much to my surprise is enjoying the massage.
My boyfriend put it together quickly and had no problems doing so. Its comfortable but I love the heat and message. Supper happy with it. Its perfect getting up out the chair with the lift. I no longer struggle getting up
I am a little worried about the chair tipping when the power lift is fully engaged. The chair itself is a good buy and of good quality. We have not experienced the firmness as another reviewer stated. It is made of soft PU Leather which not exactly clear on what that is. The chair was made in China which I wish was made in USA. The color is a dark grey the picture depicts it as more of a medium gray. For the money I really don’t think you can find better. Message and heat are good with many settings on massage. My wife is only 5.5 and weights 127 pounds it fits her great. Our neighbor came over and he is 6.1 and approx 250 pounds and he said it was confront-able to him also. The power lift is smooth and and silent. Only had it for a week so time will tell. Recommend the 3 year extended warranty!
Arrived earlier than expected, clear directions made assembly easy, low price. Purchased for Dad in nursing home at 89 he is still a large man (6 foot 215 pounds) we were concerned about lift ability but it is sturdy and lifts with ease. Comfortable without bulky. Only complaint up/recline button on side too close together, I placed Velcro strips on opposite sides of button to differentiate worked well. Dad feels safer and in more control of his mobility. Highly recommend !!

Likes - made for shorter people Only dislike is there are two many controllers which are not part of the chair
