Chair was very easy to assemble and looks great. The first box arrived on time but the second box arrived about 2 weeks after the first box. I had to call so the could get me in touch with the manufacture so I could get the chair base shipped out after only receiving the chair back and sides. They resolved the issue and now the chair is setup and working great.
The product is fantastic but the packaging was awful!! The box got to my house torn in several locations with very little protection for the product. I was worried that it was damaged, but fortunately it wasn’t. It’s a great product! Highly recommend it!
Was the perfect size for my 5 foot tall mother. The chair doesn’t swallow her. The lift worked perfectly. I received it earlier than estimated (2 weeks) which was wonderful as special order chairs take at least 3 months and are 4 times more expensive. Simple to assemble. Very happy with this chair
We bought 2 of these. MY MOM IS 54 and that is about the tallest you can be. But the best thing about these chairs are the 2 different remotes, We have put the massage remote up since she cant use it. The up and down feature is a different remote that is simple enough for her to use. She had a stroke and is 88, so simple is best for her.
My husband and I purchased this for his uncle. He absolutely loves it. The heat and massage options were the biggest reasons for the purchase. It is also is easier for him to get up with the assistance of the lift. He often falls asleep in the chair and has the option of having his phone charging while doing so with the USB plug. He is thrilled with the chair and so are we.
As a small, elderly person with knee problems, I really like this chair. It is the most comfortable chair Ive ever had and Ive had some of the well known brands.

Great for short person
Just right size for 5 ft person. Even when didn’t need lift feature, figured that will be something needed for everyone, if we are lucky.
