I have searched everywhere for a good set but didnt like any for the price. Took a chance on this one looking at the reviews and its well worth. Reduced one star because there are scratches on the headboard but I dont mind. 2 people had to assemble it and carry the pieces as they are heavy and that adds sturdiness.
Pros: Very Sturdy, Color is as shown in picture. Sleek enough like a minimalistic furniture but heavy. Holds the mattress well in place.

I already recommended to my friends to purchase this instead of expensive furniture in stores.
Well manufactured and made of solid pine with a decent satin finish. The packaging was genius what with every piece surrounded by protective foam sealed in plastic. Not even UPS could F this up. I deleted one star for the horrid instructions and mechanical drawings. The instructions used numbers for the pieces. The parts I received had letters not numbers. The mechanical drawings left me asking....did anyone think about the assembly process. The orientation of pieces via the mechanical drawings were not clear. I have a degree in electro mechanical engineering so once I threw the instructions in the shredder the assembly was simple and took less than an hour. Its a good solid frame perfect for a memory foam mattress.
This thing arrived and was delivered with holes where a forklift had punctured the box. The box is 120lbs. I unpacked it in the driveway. After opening it there was not much damage. I know my guy hates me for sure. There was very little smell...some. We slept on it last night and it works just fine. Assembly was simple. The wrench provided was short for a reason, you gotta get into tight space. Assembled its pretty sturdy however the boards themselves are flimsy. Imagine a 1 x 4 bed frame. So well see if it stays sturdy. I thought it would be a little more heavy duty for the money.
My mattress is a CA King and ordering the CA King size fits perfectly. Those that say it hangs over must have ordered the regular King size bed. Both width and length are different for the two.
There is no squeaking as some have complained about.
Overall, its great and I may purchase another for my guest bedroom.

Bra in bed, very sturdy and the cholate tone is rich and beautiful. Unfortunately the headboard came with a giant m scratched into it. At First I thought it was maybe a marketing thing but on closer inspection it was an scratch in the wood. I realized it with assembly so decided to keep it and try to.fix it here.
This bed is awesome! Instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put it together by myself. However, the crossbar supports were a little difficult to install which is why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars.
This bed replaced my other budget bed I got off ($100-$200 bed that look different but are basically the exact same). It broke on me while taking it apart. I wanted something more sturdy and this checked the boxes. Assembly was straight forward and took maybe 30 mins. Doesn’t creek or make a sound when moving around with the exception of the Velcro sometimes which is present in order to prevent the bed slats from moving. My only cons to this bed are the color options, wish there was something darker, and the actual size. I got a Queen and after assembly I noticed a gap at the foot of my bed when I put the mattress on. The instructions say queen/ king, but considering the fact that a king size bed is wider not longer it doesn’t make any sense. Overall I am pleased
Edit: one thing I forgot to discuss was the packaging. Recently moved and bought other furniture online and one thing I have noticed is that the cheaper items use the cheap styrofoam that seems to be pressed together. The kind that when it breaks leaves little snowflakes all over the place. Well this uses the same foam, BUT each piece is individually wrapped to prevent the snowflakes from escaping. I guess this was cheaper than using a better quality foam but was pleased to see they thought about it when designing the packaging

Solid bed! Slat supports hard to install
