We purchased 5 of these bar stools for our counter height island. The chairs are stylish and comfortable. My husband requested swivel chairs, and these chairs advertise swivel; however, they only turn to the 10 oclock and 2 oclock position, and even then it is a fight. To watch television, we must get up and turn the chair around. The more you try to swivel the tighter the return spring gets. To get out of the chair using the swivel, the chair moves on the floor because the spring is so strong. Forget a true swivel. LOVE LOVE!!
This would be a 5 star item if it had a regular swivel instead of the auto return. It is very stiff to turn at all and has a very short range. I see NO advantage to the auto return. Im a bit disappointed.
Overall quality looks good but unfortunately it arrived broken. Wooden leg is broken/splintered. The swivel isnt smooth/it makes a grinding sound when you move your weight around while sitting on it and when swiveling.
Update: Im changing my rating. The first stool that I purchased from Warehouse was damaged. However I orderd 3 additional stools directly from the seller and they arrived in excellent condition! The quality seems very good. My only concern is that there are some hard pieces of something under the PU leather on the sides of the chairs and it feels as if it could eventually tear through the PU leather with use and time. ok value for the money
Just took them out of box on moving day.one chair completely broken on the side.and garbage truck just took the boxsnow what do I do.company has been very responsivepromised too send a new chair no cost within 2 weeks.hopefully they will keep their word, other family members want to purchase these chairs but first they want to see if they are true to their word.if not I will file a claim Update was sent a replacement chair for the broken one.company very responsive.didnt have to send broken chair back. received the new chair quicklyperfecteveryone loves the chairsmore orders too come.ty Its not bad its just not great.
Love the look and overall quality. A little bit hard to sit on, wish they were a bit softer, but this may improve over time. Value is good for the price

Bought 3 in the Fabric in Fog color, the picture clearly shows a dark taupe color, when I received them they are light and blue/gray.
Will update when unpacked and in house, not sure if they will match yet. Not looking forward to return process! highly disappointed!!!
Beautiful chairs! Looked for months and went with these. The leather quality and padding is great! Extra bonus was no assembly needed AND they were very well packaged, not one scratch! As stated in a couple other reviews, one of the plastic feet was missing so had to buy one at the local ACE Hardware but very please with our purchase! Nice for the price.

Nice chair strange swivel
Unfortunately the swivel does not go all the way around. It returns to start immediately after you let go. Exactly what I was looking for
