Cons:
/After 1 week of use, the arms squeak every time you lean up against them. This has only been used by 2 people. We both work and only sit on it after work at night for about 3 hours. 1 of us is 165 lbs and the other is 145 lbs so its not getting too much weight placed on it.
/I feel you are trading style for comfort with this. It looks nice, but the futon I got from the department store in college was more comfortable and padded than this.
/There was a small hole on the top of mine on arrival. I reached out to the company and they offered to replace it or a 50 price adjustment if I wanted to keep it, which I felt was reasonable.
/The futon had a light chemical odor that took about 1 week to go away.

I love this couch. I research pretty extensively before buying a product off and this was by far one of my favorite purchases. Not only is this couch stunning but multifunctional. I love that it reclines into a bed with ease. Its a space saver, was delivered straight to my door and saved me ample time and money. Buy this couch, you will not regret. My only hesitation was deciding what color.
I ordered this for my daughters college apartment and she put it together herself. She picked it out and likes it, hopefully it will hold up ok for a couple years until she graduates.
Fairly easy to assemble. Easy instructions. Looks absolutely great. Seems to be sturdy construction. Comfort is what I would expect for price paid. That is not to say it is uncomfortable because it is.
2 mos later and this is easily the best futon for the money. Not great on comfort but not bad at all. Really impressed with durability and quality of construction.
I look forward to seeing how well the cushions last. I would buy this again.
I found the directions right when I was on the last screw it was in the bottom of the box. No biggie, it worked out good.
One of the zippers on the back slpit apart and the end zipper part fell off.
Its a 300 couch but seems good if you dont flop down hard on it and abuse it.
Good starter couch for someone and looks nice.
