It is great and sturdy, and was incredibly easy to put together. I would have put 5 stars if one of the sides of the couch was defective and came unfinished without one of the drilled holes to put the metal beams through. I had to buy a drill and install a nut/bolt thing in it to put and it took me a few hours including getting the supplies! Other than that, I love it. The missing hole almost made it almost impossible to assemble properly. But I totally recommend if you get one without a defect.
I actually had to have a carpenter friend come assemble it for me because there is no way I could easily do it myself as the video shows. After three hours of messing with it, he finally got it all assembled. He also had to reinforce the middle of the sofa with extra screws and wood pieces as any guest that we might have whom would be on the heavier side, would collapse in it if it was left as is.
I love this futon. I was nervous it would break or be hard to put together or not fit, but these issues were never presented!
It looks wonderful and is king and deep enough to not look cramped or too small. The cushions are firm and very comfy for sleeping and sitting on.

Moved across the country and bought all new furniture. We have a 1/bedroom 775sqft apartment and wanted something trendy and cheap to fill the space. Assembly was super simple and its actually a pretty sturdy couch for the price. Love that it folds flat for when people come visit!
That being said: its comfy for watching a quick tv show or hanging out with friends but when youre only spending this much you get what you pay for.

Works great for my office. Wouldnt use for a home or lounging as it would never hold up to my children or dog.
