I ordered this, for the RV, in green and I love it! Arrived in perfect condition within a week. Includes all hardware, tools, and easy instructions. I assembled it by myself but could have used help with the armrest. It is firm but its roomy and comfortable. Solid and well made for the price.
Mine came on time but missing the washers as can be seen in the first picture. I was still able to assemble it pretty easily without the washers, but I did consider docking a star for that.
However, this futon was beautiful and though it has firm cushions, it was perfect for my younger sisters liking. We bought it to serve as her bed when she stays with me, and though we had a topper ready, shed prefer to sleep on the futon itself. We went to to buy the pillows and had the chance to try their futons as well, I can confirm that s less/than/250 futons looked cheap and not comfortable at all. So for the price, this futon is definitely the best deal. I got it for 260 tax.

Im glad to say that it was nice for me. Its very firm. Its not plush. But I ended up being fine with that. The seats are deep. I like how far back I sit. This is low, and some taller folk may not like it. Im 56 and was ok.
It was easy to put together, and its easy to access the futon function. It fits nicely in my space, and I love the mustard color.
I used the delivery option where they deliver right to the room, and it was aming.
I didnt have the experience of some other reviewers at all. All of my parts screwed in and the futon is sturdy. I weigh around 250 lbs, and I feel confident in it. Is it the most cushioned luxurious futon ever? No. But invest in some good pillows and blankets, and this is a budget friendly piece of starter furniture to watch movies on
Came in mostly put together, just had to assemble the legs super cute and easy to change. It fits our small apartment very and is very comfortable to sleep on.
