The chairs were easy to assemble and comfortable. However, one of the chairs has a small tear on the seat. Im afraid this will grow quickly. The faux leather material appears to be cheap.
These chairs are absolutely gorgeous- they’re sturdy and comfortable. However I’m a very experienced furniture builder and I’ve never had so much trouble putting together chairs or anything for that matter. I hated the fact that you had to drop the chairs 70 times in order for them to not wobble. My floor is MESSED up from how many times I dropped it. Just why. Lol
Color is misleading. I thought they would be more white. Assembly could have been made easier for the customer. Directions are stupidly written and the legs don’t perfectly line up when you try to screw them in. Otherwise they’re comfortable and a good height. Might be sending back because the color isn’t what I was expecting.
Bought these chairs as a bit of an experiment to see if we could find nice chairs on . We went to some local furniture stores and most didn’t have anything available for months. Went to Restoration Hardware, the chairs were $600-700 and 6 months out shipping. The great thing about these chairs is they look much more expensive than they are and you can have them at your door in 2 days. The bad thing is 1 of the 4 we ordered had the screw holes misaligned so the chair could not be built. is great as always with customer service and agreed to replace the chairs but still a hassle to break the chairs down and pack them up, load to the UPS store, etc. - they’re fairly heavy and awkward to transport unless you have a large SUV or van when boxed up. The replacement order was supposed to arrive and showed it as being delivered but it never came and we never signed for it. So again they shipped a 3rd set of chairs. A little bit of back and forth but overall…The chairs are nice. And have already had a number of compliments on them.
My favorite part is that they are super easy to assemble and came with extra screws but although they look appealing with it’s slick look I’m not sure the quality justifies the price they sounds almost like a cheap material is stuffed in the material but they just don’t look worth over $200 for 2 chairs but they are very nice slick and clean looking and as well i received one leg with a chipped paint but luckily it’s on the inside of the leg
Sturdy, large. These came more of an oak finish though, not walnut. Initiating a return. Also I didn’t realize all the screws are exposed and did not come with covers to finish the look off.
They are decent chairs for the price but 1 chair a leg shorter than other.. at this point I am over it and dont even want to return unless they can send me just that piece , after contacting they respinded promptly and offered 10.00 so I can buy felt for the leg.. anyhow I read other reviews and same problem
These chairs are frustrating. The seem to be of good quality and went together pretty quickly with use of my own drill (about 5 minutes per chair but using the supplied hex key took about 25 minutes), however the color is MUCH darker than the listing shows. I’m not happy about that. Also the material is much more of a polyester blend (smooth with shimmer) than the fabric weave the picture appears to show. The legs came with multiple chips in them but were easy to touch up with a sharpie (though I shouldn’t have to do that with brand new furniture). The chairs are mostly comfortable however I was disappointed to find the seat was all spring (as opposed to foam). Also, the back has very nice character and detail however you don’t really feel the padding. My suggestion is look elsewhere unless you are ok with a spring cushion and want a darker jute cord color.

Why are these so hard to assemble?!

Nice and simple

Definitely NOT walnut colored
