The delivery was aming it arrived two days early. Instructions were very detailed easy to assemble! Super sturdy! My daughters loveee their new bed. easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Purchased this bunk bed and then the trundle later. Turns out the bunk bed was an older model so the trundle wouldnt fit. THIS COMPANY IS SENDING ME A BRAND NEW BUNK BED!!!!! I mean does it get any better with making the customer happy? So happy with how they handled the issue so quickly and so so helpful! Highly recommend. Not to mention the bed/trundle is beautiful and such a good price! Very pleased!

2 people are needed to assemble it but overall was easy. Took us 2 hours. Good quality and the kids are happy! Perfect!!
