This is perfect for us. Very comfortable for a futon. Nice material. Easy to assemble, although one of the screws were loose when we put on the head rest. Which made the piece fall through the hole. We had to cut a hole in the bottom of the lining to get the piece back. Other than that no complaints Easy to set up.
It took about 4 days to get delivered to me. The pictures make it look smaller and lower than what it is, but its the perfect size and sits at the perfect height. Its very comfortable. Doesnt give you that sinking feeling, but its not too firm. Fits my apt living room perfectly!!! Enjoyed it.
I had many issues with the shipping of this sofa, but the sofa itself is great. While I do think it was a little hard putting it together, I put it together on my own and that could be the issue. But as far as comfort goes, its awesome. Great buy! Good product!
Im absolutely in love with this couch ! I cant believe I found this on and for the price its aming !! I ordered this item August 22nd and I received it August 28th, SUPER FAST! however, I never received a call to schedule the delivery, when I called them they said it was supposed to be delivered on the 27th but it never went out. They were going to schedule a delivery for the 29th between 1pm/5pm but I wouldnt have had anyone home so I asked if it could be picked up from the warehouse which they said yes. I picked up the sofa that day which was in two boxes about 120/140 pounds each. They did help me load it in the truck when I was at the warehouse. Once I got home and we unpacked the boxes they came already built for the most part. The actual sofa just needed to be hooked together with hooks that come on the sofa already. Only thing that needed to be built was the pull out ottoman, and there were no instructions, but I was able to find the downloadable PDF on here which had instructions on where to find the headrests (under the sofa inside a zipped hiding spot), and how to arm the pull out ottoman and add the legs to the sofa and the wheels for the pull out. It is soooooo pretty, not damaged at all. Its a modern sofa so obviously its not super soft like a big reclining sofa set would be but for the type of sofa it is, its very comfortable. When you pull out the ottoman its about the size of a full bed, at night we pull it out and lay whichever way to watch TV, definitely a big part of the sofa that makes it awesome. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy it and possibly any other furniture from , this was super convenient. Besides having to pick up my own items but I personally did not mind that. beautiful.
This couch is lovely. It is soft and though it says , it has a smell and looks very nice. I did not realize that the two little black pillows came with this couch and was pleasantly surprised. There is a secret compartment inside of the bottom of one couch that has a zipper and will have all the parts to the couch like the legs, pillows, backrests, etc.
I plan to put a memory foam mattress on the bed when this couch is needed as a bed to add additional comfort. I am really happy with the appearance and functionality. It was built well. It took a bit of time to assemble and my husband got a decent size blister from putting it together. You may want to wear a glove because he did not realize the repetitive motion was injuring him until later on.
The issue I had was that it was torn on arrival and damaged in one spot and marked up in others. This was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I wish it arrived better but am happy with the resolve. The couch itself is a little masterpiece. It was worth it and I am happy with the end results. Love it.
Great purchase for the price and the sofa is great. It pulls out and it can be made into an extra bed or just a spot to nap or relax. Easy to clean and assembly was a breeze. Save some money and buy this.
The product is really good. Looks neat and sturdy but the setup instructions were a bit of a mess. There are no instructions just photos showing the setup. it was extremely difficult to setup the sleeper section of the sofa as we kept on guessing which part goes where. When the package arrived, a couple of parts were slightly disoriented and damaged but the customer service made us whole for that. in one line / good product, decent quality, inadequate setup instructions and reasonably responsive customer service. Expected.

It is a pretty sturdy sectional so if you like more plush seating you might want to look elsewhere. Really roomie and easy to clean, we are a family of 4 and all of us fit with room to spare, the material wipes off easily when the kids make a mess on it. One tip I would give is get a mattress topper for sleeping, we had guests sleep on it with a 2 queen memory foam mattress topper and they said it was very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend this sectional. Good deal and was easy to put together.
Its a little firm, but it sure does look good. Kinda smelled like fish when I got it, but after 150/200 cleanings with cleaner (Even though its ) its finally less fishy. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.
