Just got this in today, so I cant attest to the longevity of it, but the chair is extremely comfortable, large, and seems to be well made. First off the fabric is nice and velvety to the touch, but doesnt read like a velvet, suade or microfiber material in appearance. Its a great grey color (not too blue, not too light or dark). The chair is extremely comfortable to sit in, although it may be a bit deep for those with shorter legs. While its not huge width wise, its one of those chairs you could still kind of curl up in to read. The height of the chair is lower, but nothing you notice when sitting in the chair. The chair feels and looks comfortable, while still having some nice structure to it that makes it feel tailored and higher end. The only assembly was putting the legs on, which was very easy.
The only things I did notice that were not great.
/Long and Inaccurate Shipping Times | stated it would take a bit longer than normal to arrive (3 weeks), I was never updated on when the item was shipping, and the day before it arrived I was actually told it was sold out and on back order (when it fact it was already in transit)
/Poor Packaging | The box the chair was shipped in had been thoroughly beat to death by the time it came to us. Parts were ripped open and torn. Thankfully the chair doesnt appear to have any damage due to it.
/Minor Flaws | There are a couple spots where the color variation is noticeable (the arm chair the back of the chair). There is also another spot where it seems the arm may have been a little squished since the fabric is a little bunched and the piping seems a little off.
Overall great, great chair for the price we paid. Excited to get the other 3 we ordered! Value is good for the price
The sofa came a day late, but I received it early Sunday morning. The delivery personnel were nice enough to drop the sofa box in in my living room.
Assembly very very minimal and easy, but it took me a while to find the 5 foot stands for the sofa. On the ottoman that came the sofa I could find a red tag to identify that it was underneath the ottomans zipper/cover but I could not easily find the assembly foot stands for the sofa. I had to jiggle the sofa a bit and the sound made me realized it was inside of it. I could not find a red tag or a way to identify that it was in there. It would be beneficial if the footstands for both the ottoman and the sofa were placed in one location for removal and assembly, but apart from this small thing I did not find any other issues.
The sofa is comfortable for those who expect a medium/firm seat cushion and backrest cushions. The cushions are very thick. I was able to buy the Beige colored sofa for a much lesser price as compared to the other two colors.
Ill probably update my review through my months of usage to see how long it lasts and also with the color that I bought how hard it would be to clean/maintain. Exceeded my expectations
The bottom of the sofa was a very thin poor quality fabric. There was a zipper to access the package of legs to be installed onto the sofa. Fabric was torn in a number of places around the zipper. This one was not terrible but had to return the matching chair as it was ripped the full length of the zipper. Feel this was poor quality and packaging althought the top of the sofa is wonderful, soft and seems well made. I was actually pretty disappointed.
This is a really good looking couch, and well built, but the cushions are very firm. Theyre pretty high quality, so if you like firm go for it, but mine is going up for sale soon. Its a nice design though.
I bought 2 of these couches about a month ago. They are well/sized for a big room and seem to be quite sturdy (my cry kiddos like to use them as trampolines when Im not looking). Style/wise, good clean lines and the navy blue looks nice. Drawbacks / the arms of the couch arent super comfortable (need throw pillows) and the back cushions need to be fluffed and reshaped after sitting for any length of time. For reference, back cushions are removable, bottoms are not. Ive also seen cheaper couches, but I needed living room seating quickly and these fit the bill.
Overall, would purchase again. I was so excited to use it

The seat in this chair is on the deeper side which is very nice for tall people. Its a good product
