I have had this bed since the beginning of September, so almost a year ago, to try and help with daily back pain. Classified as morbidly obese, I am no light/weight, and hoped I wouldnt have any issues with the motor. Let me just say that getting this bed was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I LOVE it. Everyday I am so thankful, because I get up pain free. The negative is that my dogs no longer see me as much, since instead of watching TV in the living room, Im reclined in my bed watching instead! Someone else mentioned the weak massage, but what were they expecting? The level of intensity felt will be determined by the thickness and type of mattress used. I happen have a very thick foam mattress, and I still feel it and know theres no Masseuse under my bed, but I still feel the gently comforting massage.
As for the Company? I contacted them on Wednesday this week because Ive dropped the remote several times and the screen is somewhat fuzzy. I asked how much it would cost for me to order a new remote, and FREE OF CHARGE, they sent me a new remote and control box (piece that attaches to the underside of the bed) via FedEx, received on Friday. You could not ask for more caring and expedient service. Buy it again.
Assembled it yesterday and slept on it last night / even more comfy than the one I replaced, which I had for 18 years. I like that the head comes up very high. Works great with my Sleep mattress. Instructions could have been a little better. Best purchase yet!
I would give this 5 stars BUTmy bed will not rise now and I have had it less than 6 months. I did not buy it because of the massage feature but thought..cool, bonus but I would leave it off future builds unless than can refine it a bit. It is more annoying than an actual message. Hoping to contact manufacture to help fixing rise problem. The bed makes a clicking noise and rises jut/tingly rather than a smooth transition. I would still buy this product again. I feel its a good buy for the price. Not bad.
I purchased this bed in March 2017. Previously I had ordered two of these bags for my home in Florida. Yes they are heavy. However a middle/aged woman and a teenage girl were able to assemble them. So they are not too hard to put together. Customer service is aming. I have had very few problems with any of the beds. Yesterday however all of a sudden my remote control stopped working. I simply sent an email to the manufacturer and within 30 minutes he wrote back asking for my mailing address and promised that a new remote control would be delivered to my home at no charge within 24 hours! Now thats what I call Customer service. Im a customer for life. I love these beds. And by the way I use a Dynasty Brand cool breeze 10 inch mattress that I purchased on for all of my beds and they work just fine. We have one king size, two queen size, and two full/size. We love all of them and highly recommend. Best deal on the market. Well worth the purchase.
This bed came with a defective leg! Ive been in contact with the company and Ive had no secssese with getting a replacement since April! Would not buy from again! Beautiful!!
To start this review I will have to be honest in saying I did not buy this bed. It was a gift given to me, that being said I am not sure where it was purchased. I have some serious physical disabilities, chronic pain being one of them. My bed before this was a C2 Sleep mattress on a platform frame. The C2 mattress is a good mattress, I would highly recommend it. However the bedframe was falling apart and I was in fear of going through it. My family member purchased the Adjustable bed to replace it. It has been a godsend. Not only is it more comfortable due to being able to sit myself up at a touch of a button, but it is easier to transfer to and from.
About the product itself: I have the Full Size Model. It comes with one remote , it adjusts for one person only.
Pros: It is extremely quiet while moving.
Smooth movement , no uncomfortable jerking
Can be programmed to Four different preset positions.
Massage feature is soothing if not an actual massage.
Easy to assemble if you are willing to read the instructions. My friend did it in less than an hour on his own. A hint for you would be assemble
it entirely upside down then turn it over.
Various leg heights so you can choose how tall you want the bed to be.
Cons:
The Remote isnt lighted
It isnt a wall hugging model, but that doesnt really bother me. I just moved my nightstand to accommodate it.
Fitted sheets dont stay on well when you adjust the bed often. This was easily fixed by getting sheet straps to hold them in place.
Overall I couldnt be happier. Ive gone from two to three hours sleeping at night to sleeping all night. My pain levels are dropping drastically during the waking hours as I am able to find a comfortable position. All that and it fits in my small room with ease. This one is a keeper.
UPDATE:
I have used this bed for a month now. Everything is working properly. It functions beautifully , all parts are still in optimal condition. Some hints.
You will be tempted when putting it together to make the legs short. Do not do this. After using it for a couple week I realized it looked better , but it was harder to use. The added height makes it easier to get on and off of when it is in the seated position. The other thing I found that bothers me more than I thought it would is the remote. Due to the lack of back lighting it is difficult to use in the dark. I have not yet found a solution to this issue. If anyone comes up with one please fill me in. Should buy.
Love my adjustable bed framecomes in two parts, very easy to put together and, although heavy, able to put in an upstairs bedroom where we previously couldnt get a queen mattress into. Helps so much with my sleeping comfort! Perfect and Sturdy.
