Not even a week after assembling and it has already caved in and snapped. Product detail claims it can support up to 400 lbs of weight but it buckled under the weight of a 100lb person.
The price was great but the quality is not. It moves back and forth quite a bit when climbing to the top. Very unsteady and my kids are young and dont way alot. I dont recommend.
Had an issue with missing a few screws Seller responded quickly and offered solutions to fix the issue. Am very happy with the beds my granddaughters love them, and I am quite happy with the seller.

Or a full refund. Must take completely apart and buy box for it to fix in and send to seller. Worse purchase and service ever!!! Buyer be aware
This is a good fit for my kids. It was very easy to assemble, however there was one broken piece in the box. It is a bit wobbly, but its a metal bunk bed so I wouldnt expect it not to be. My kids love it either way and it does the job.
This bed is very nice and was not very difficult to put together. What I love is that we can take the top bed off and put in another bedroom and have tow separate beds if needed.
I received the bed early. The box was in good condition. Everything was in the box was in good condition. When I put the bed together one of the legs on the headboards for the bottom bed did not have a hole for a screw on one of the poles. I contacted customer service and they overnighted the part and I finished putting the bed together. I put my twin mattress from my old bed on it. I really like the bed it is just what I wanted. If I need two beds I just take the top bunk off.
I bought this product for my two youngest girls. They are 4 and 2. The beds are spacious, sturdy design, and I like the bed rail on the top.
ThiS was a great purchase and I would highly recommend these bunk beds.

Not good quality

Squeaky bed!
Assembly was ok but the bed is super squeaky! Loud enough to wake you up if you roll around
Decent bunk bed
I bought this my 16 year old son bedroom. He likes the color. Its a little shifty but overall its a good bunk bed for price.
