Putting it together is very easy, it came with tools needed to put it together. As far as the middle frame goes its very sturdy, nice looking, same as it looks in the picture, I wouldnt recommend drinks around this type of wood. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large desk,

This product is great for the cost. It is a good space save solution for two people needing desk space to work at. Its functional and worth the cost when most retail stores have nothing in stock. The desk shipped fast and was well packaged. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble and is nice and level.
