Delivered on time. Very heavy box which translate to safer bed in my mind. Instructions are clear, took me 3.5 hours to put together with two additional elementary school age helpers. Too bad the quality of the product is not as expected. The dowels came in different width making them super loose or super tight in different spots. Some pieces are drilled at weird angles and some pieces are scratched already when we first open the box. I thought it was a good deal when I bought it but now its just meh. Im a bit disappointed.
This low loft bed fit in my daughters bedroom perfectly! I love that its not too high off the ground, but I can still fit her toys bins underneath. Its also very sturdy. This product is pretty decent for the price
Love it! Kids love it! All though it turned out great and nothing came damaged. It does look like the support for the mattress are not durable enough for a kid to jump on the bed. My kids dont do that so its not a big deal. Im like a kid size and weight so I wouldnt know if it supports a heavy weight. It was easy to assemble,alot of pieces but instructions were clear. My son 9 can not sit up on the bottom bunk but my 5 year old can . Their mattress is a simple standard mattress. (Just incase someone had questions if another type fits) and came earlier than expected
The assembly was the typical follow instructions and youll have a finished product. This bed is EVERYTHING! The underbed storage is perfect. Plus its the perfect size for 3 year old. This is awesome!
We knew we werent buying top of the line, but our kids love the bed anyway. The sturdiness of the slats is an issue though. Kids want to jump on beds, plain and simple. You tell them no, but they do it anyway. Literally, one good bounce within a minute of the bed being set up and we ended up with a broken slat on the top bunk.
The cry thing was that I contacted to see if theyd replace the broken slat, and they replaced the ENTIRE bed for us. I was shocked. My advice though is to add some sturdy boards in between the slats, regardless of WHs great customer service. Its just better not to have to deal with it.
Here are the slat specs if youre so inclined: 39/1/8 long. Theres 2.5 (with clearance) spacing between each slat.

The bed is beautiful. The height is perfect for my little ones.
BUT the hardware is soft, thin metal. Stripped out bolts just using the hand tool provided. Just be careful when assembling. There is no extra hardware incase something goes wrong. Love this product. No issues.
My sons room has low ceilings so this was the perfect bed for him. After reading reviews I was worried about broken pieces but all were included and fine. Husband assembled in a few hours. We did add a piece of plywood under top bunk just for added support and because I did not like seeing sheet hang thru slats when tucked in. Best deal for a very nice
We purchased this bunk bed for our 3yo because we wanted a bunk bed but needed something low/profile to fit in a smaller room and not be too high for safety purposes. This bed checked all those boxes, and we are very pleased with it. All of the pieces arrived in good condition and it took about 3 hours to fully assemble and dress the bed with new mattresses, sheets, etc. Our toddler absolutely loves his bed and has transitioned well from a crib as a result. This one was perfect

The assembly was done with both my husband and I since our two boys 5 and 3 1/2 try but reverse help. It did not take long at all to assemble. My 3 1/2 year old loves it. It is tall enough to have a fort underneath and short enough that Im not too worried about the height. It is very sturdy for them! I would not suggest an adult climbing in the bed. So we bought another one for our 5 year old, since the 3 1/2 year old needed out of the convertible crib immediately. The second bed came with a defect on one of the posts. I was worried contacting stores 123
because they may be out for the holidays. They responded that day Christmas eve and even on New years eve. They kept me informed all the way through (till delivery of the new bed) and even gave me options right away. The new bed once they contacted the manufacturer was sent out right away and delivered within a week. Stores 123 exceeded my expectations for what a company would go through to replace a defective product: They responded within 24hrs, went out of their way to keep me informed even during the holiday season, and made sure I was happy with the delivery of the replacement product. The boys are so very happy with their beds. Thank you so very much Stores 123 (especially Amari). Highly recommend this bed as well as the company for its outstanding customer service. Perfect For Toddler
