This mattress is great. I dont know about the pain relief because my 2 year old sleeps on it. However when I lay with her till she falls asleep I always tend to fall asleep too without realizing it. Thus the mattress is soft, sturdy reliable!

It holds me great so far (Ive used it for a month now). Its firm and fitting to your body at the same time which is what i like in a bed.

Quality workmanship! It did expand to the 8 inch. I bought it for a guess room so I do not know how it feels to sleep in it. But its feels great it didnt have no scent like I have seen other review said. I felt that it was still expanding beyond the time the instructions said so If you are not in rush let it sit before making up the bed. I still havent make the bed up yet.

The mattress sort of surrounds your body but tou dont sink into it, if that makes sense. Its unbelievably comfortable. Im 50 and deserve a good mattress, and this is it.
