Daughter liked the birthday gift I really love the design of this bed. The desk is a great feature. However, the wood started cracking all over almost immediately (see picture). Not sure if itll be safe to use for much longer.
It arrived in good condition so easy to put it together You need two persons to make it easy to assemble. Took me an hour to put it together with the help of my daughter. The corner of desk had a crack but it was inside, so did not bother me much. The bed is sturdy enough after assembly . It would get 5 stars if the table did not have any crack. I guess they could have offered better packaging. its really a great buy for the money.
My 12 year old son has been using this bed for a few months now. It doesnt seem unsafe, but it is super wobbly. Not sure why. Im a handy person and definitely assembled everything properly.
Im about to add some metal comer pieces to make it sturdier.

The frame didnt come with instructions and I didnt have the time to wait for an email response of the instructions. If you have time to wait for emailed instructions, please email the company, but if you Google them; you might find them that way also. Maybe you can email them before the frame arrives, so you wont have to worry about it when the frame arrives. Other reviews stated it didnt come with instructions, but I thought that was just for them, so I didnt think I needed to email them. Im not sure if thats normal, but I would email them ahead of the to be safe. Overall bed is pretty sturdy and quiet. Glad I went with wood instead of metal. I bought this around black Friday for 40%, but would have bought this at the original price if I had to. Cuddling seems okay for adults, but I wouldnt try doing too much with 2 adults on this bed frame. I think weight limit is 330 including the mattress. Put together by myself with maybe 2 hrs. I suggest that you use the included tool for tight spaces/ finishing and an impact drill with correct attachment for everything else because if not; your hands will definitely hurt. Also using the drill is so much faster. I didnt have an issue with wood ripping apart, but just be careful not to overdue it with the impact drill. Leave room for adjustment by not tightening all the way and only tighten when you for sure have the pieces together correctly. The only real downside was the pieces werent as protected as I had hoped. There was some dings as other reviews stated and my desktop corner was also damaged. Luckily it wasnt too bad. I also wish the steps were an extra 1 or 2 wider. Its not uncomfortable, but I think it would be more comfortable with wider steps.Great buy. Definitely recommend if you need a sturdy twin loft frame that isnt noisy. Also looks aesthetic and neutral.
We are more than satisfied. Love it Our granddaughter loves this bed. She hasnt left her room since it was put together today. They added lights to dress it up. I am very pleased with the purchase.

It actually arrived with a broken side piece, but the parts came with a card detailing instructions on how to get replacement parts. I emailed the company and was quickly sent a replacement piece, so great customer service!
It took about 2-3 hours to assemble with 3 people and a KIMO power tool we had on hand. The instructions were easy to follow, and all of the pieces were labeled. I had specifically looked for a bed with the ladder that extended out with flat steps, since the upright ladders hurts my feet. The ladder is very sturdy along with the frame, and the white frame looks very elegant. Would definitely recommend this loft bed!
Great product, great service Love this bed and so does my 5 year old. It took about 2 hours to put together, not rushing. If you go slow and actually read the directions then you wont have a big forced hole in the back of the bed like a lot of these stupid reviews. Glad I decided to just go with it because its perfect minus one little piece at the very end it was kinda shredding but it was so small and not noticeable now so whooo cares!! Very nice bed yippeee!
