This product is beautiful. Had a slight mishap with assembly, a hole was not properly made so that my item could be put together. Called the manufacturer and they sent out a replacement immediately and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure that the rectify any situations that you may have. Looking forward to buying more products from in the future.
This product came quickly and all pieces arrived together. Instructions were easy and this was a breeze to put together BUT I mistakenly skipped ahead a step and was unable to go back and put in the faux wood backing. This wasnt a problem as it just looks like a cube shelf now, but my issue is with the sturdiness of the product. I used the tools included and my own screw driver, going back and tightening each screw multiple times, but it still does not stand sturdy. The sides are heavy and are assembled at an angle, so the screws provided just dont hold it up well enough. Ill still keep since I wasnt intending it for anything heavy, but this isnt a long term keeper for me. Considering returning
We received the unit from and noticed one piece was cracked. Since it was a non/structural piece and the crack would not be visible when finished, we decided to go ahead and assemble the unit. We notices the last step was quite difficult to assemble. Once we finished assembling the unit, we notices one of the shelves was crooked. It appears that one of the self locating holes was off location, which is why the last part of the assembly was difficult. We took photos of both the cracked piece and the final assembly with the crooked shelf and sent it to the customer service. We requested they replace the two pieces of the unit that were causing the issues. We received a reply from Customer Service and they stated that they were sending us an entire replacement unit and not just the pieces. They further stated that we could keep the original unit if we wanted, it did not need to be returned. A couple of weeks later we received the replacement unit and it went together without a hitch. We never expected to get an entire replacement unit, just the pieces we needed. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the attention to details and desire to make us happy. Thanks to all the folks at for making good on their customer satisfaction pledge. We will definitely consider first on any future purchases we make. PS. a couple of weeks later we received a box of chocolates from them for our trouble. A nice added touch.
I purchased this for my studio suite to hold lash supplies and be a checkout stand, and I am obsessed. It is as described in photos; easy to assemble, good quality and fits beautifully in my space!
Quality of finished product: Spectacular. Looks just like the pictures in the listing. Its a nice, solid storage cabinet.
Pros: Arrived properly packaged, with all the parts properly labeled, and the instructions are adequate. If you have put together other furniture, youll be fine. It took me 1 hour 45 mins. (The instructions warn you not to use a power screwdriver, but I did, and the universe is still standing. Just be careful not to overtighten.)
Cons: None really / except that as I was putting it together I kept thinking, This is NOT a project for someone who has never done this before. So if you have never done other furniture/in/a/box assembly projects, do not attempt this without some help. On an easy/medium/hard scale for ease of assembly, I would call this one medium/hard.
