This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. My daughter assembled this bed in a couple of hours. It is a beautiful bed. Hopefully my grand/daughter will get many years of enjoyment.
Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving This is a nice and sturdy bed. The instructions are not easy to use and there are no stickers on the pieces to say what number in the instructions they are. Had to use the picture and guess what piece was which.
The bed is functioning as advertised and the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that a couple of pieces of hardware were missing and I wasnt a handyman with tools we would have been sleeping on the couch because the bed couldnt be put together without the missing pieces. The drawer bottoms are adequate but flimsy. Socks and underwear and shirts. Heavy jeans would eventually be a problem.
My recommendations for a perfect product:
Charge $40 or $50 more and:
include extra hardware
Rework the drawers to accept 3/8 plywood bottoms
I know the weight would go up but I wouldve rather paid more and got the extra hardware and sturdy drawer bottoms. QA needs to really be able to catch missing hardware. They send the exact amount. THere were no extra pieces of hardware leftover / so if they miss any you are out of luck. THe problem is that most folks will have removed their old bed in order to have enough room to put this together so there is no waiting for a phonce call to China to get the extra parts.

The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Ive had this base for 6 years now, and while I agree with the reviews that talk about it being kind of flimsy, this base has been fantastic for me and now resides in our guest bedroom. I slept on it for 3+ years before getting married and purchasing a bedroom set. If I didnt have to reposition it after assembly, I wouldnt even know it was flimsy and in need of some reinforcement. I will look in to the reinforcements that people mention here, because I never looked into it when I originally bought the base. As for customer service, they are great! They are sending me replacement parts lost in our move despite my purchase being outside of the warranty period.
I think this is a great base for a starter or a smaller room, since it has the storage space underneath, eliminating the need for a dresser or other clothes storage.

Room saver
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! I love this bed ! I was able to get rid of two dressers and add room to my small bedroom!
