The package was too heavy to send back. I had opened all the packaging before I saw any of the damage. I have four damaged pieces that I thought I could hide. This is going to be difficult. I will never purchase furniture again that I have to put together.
Looks amazing, but was one of those test your marriage type assemblies. So many freaking parts. Youre going to need strength both mentally and physically to lug this into your home and separate into its individual parts. Make sure you are working with someone who is of the similar mindset that instructions are for a reason and that reason is to assemble a functional piece of furniture and not in fact for a bunch of morons who cant figure out how to put tab a in slot b. If you cant find that person Jack Daniels is a good substitute for common sense. Overall this is a great item but keep your expectations on the level of pressboard furniture.
We put it together quickly and it fit us well, but it was really frustrating to see that several pieces were broken, for its size and complexity the transport from the factory to our destination should be more professional and careful. I will not buy something so fragile and so big again.
The bed is fine, but the boards are too wide to fit the dresser drawers. I checked over the directions to make sure I did it correctly. I would liked to have the extra storage for my son, but having the bed is more important.
This is a super cute bed, the color is very nice, it was packaged well, and I was able to assemble it myself.
However, the drawers, once slid in, were really crooked. I tried rearranging them and that only helped a little.
Also, its ultimately a pile of particle board and that can only be so sturdy. This is a great bed for a child, like my 4 year old, but wouldnt be a great choice for a teen or particularly rowdy kid. You have to be careful when moving it because it will just get wonky if you push on it.
I wouldnt say I regret my purchase. Its an especially cute bed with the bookcase headboard. But I dont expect it to last more than a few years.

Broken pieces
It weighs 500lbs!!! 2 of the drawers had broken pieces... Not sure if I would purchase again

Broken on delivery
Lots of broken particle wood cant send back cause too heavy pretty sure UPS broke it in shipping going to cut lumber and fix the broken 6 pieces
