good product!Definitely just as described Absolutely Love this bed! Im a 60yr old grandma and it took me 5 hrs, 4 15 min breaks and 2 bandaid to complete myself. I suggest taking 15 mins sorting parts in piles according to numbers and put screws and stuff in little bowls. I used my cordless drill with 2 bits and only used tool it came with for final tightening.
The bed is very solid and very cute. I built it on a carpet for easy moving on my hardwood floors...works great! Instead of painting it pink I ordered a bunch of stickers from . She has a blast helping decorate her bed. This way as she gets older we can change up stickers if she wants

I recommend throughly following the pictures instructions. There are little to no words but, you are required to peice the prices a certain way tighten the bolts at a certain time. The company did an amazing job of replacing the peice I broke in a timely manner. The paint I went with is white wash, perfect for her room. My daughter loves the bottom part, you can personalize it make it look pretty. However, without any decorations you will see the bottom of the mattress. The drawer is open (no cover) when you go under the bed, does not bug me because its accessible when you go inside. Overall, it took me approximately 2.5 hours to build it made my daughter happy.
It took me and my husband all weekend to get this thing put together, its no small task. But its a good sturdy bed and my little boy loves it so its worth the effort.

Only downfall is ladder keeps coming loose and wobbly but otherwise no other issue.
