    Great customer service

Little tricky to put together First thing you need to know is this ships from Canada via fed ex. It took two tries to get non broken boards. has great customer service however. It took about 6 hours to assemble ( we did use power tools other wise your hand will fall off). Dont get anything higher than 6in mattress. I dont know how long it will last its not exactly built to last, the wood is very soft. Once you assemble this its not something you can disassemble and move. I wouldnt say the steps are really designed for anyone above 150 to use. Overall our 9yr old loves it.

Great bed. Grand daughter loves it.

Perfect for what we needed The bed did not come with enough screws to put it together. I had to go out and buy screws. Also, the instructions suck. Bed was also expensive compared to other loft beds. Only reason we went with this one was for the steps. My grad daughter has medical conditions that she can not climb ladders.

    Great bed! Worth the money.

Pretty and inexpensive We put this bed in my kids room a couple of years ago, and could not be happier. The bed itself is sturdy, REAL wood and solid. It helps you make the most of a small bedroom. We managed to put a desk, a couple of shelves and a small armless cushioned accent chair underneath, to really make the most of the space. The drawers in the stairs are one less piece of furniture to worry about. The mattress sits 52 from the floor, so it definitely helps that my kid is small, and youll want to be sure to use a standard mattress. Extra tall pillow top style mattresses (12+) will put the occupant above the beds side rail. If youre shopping for a loft bed, you wont go wrong with this one.

Great finished product, parts were unclearly marked

Nice mid century look In the end, it looks good and feels sturdy. Putting it together was a nightmare. It wouldnt have been so bad if the parts were clearly labeled. Some parts were missing a number. Other parts were stamped with a red number and much of them were VERY difficult to read. We were also missing a screw. We had to use one one from our toolbox. But my son loves it! The stairs have storage, which is great.

    Worth it

Great buy for the cost! I was waiting to write a review for this bed just in case something would break or crack, but Ive had this loft bed for about 6 months and overall it has been great. Im 54 and weigh about 200lbs so I was a bit skeptical at first. I took a chance and so far I dont regret it! I think the weight limit on this bed is 300lbs so I did put a 1cm thick plywood under my mattress to add a little more support. The steps are surprisingly sturdy as well. The only reason Im giving this a 4 star rating is because one of the boxes came with a hole which caused the back of the steps wall and one of the steps to come chipped. Also, the sizes of the drawers are super small. I thought the drawers were going to be the size of the steps BUT theyre about half the size so dont expect to put much in the drawers. Overall its a great buy if you have a small room and need the extra space for a desk.

Great bed for our 7yr old!

This was even better than I expected for an online purchase Moved our 7yr old from full bed to this. Working out well. Beds sturdy and stairs make it easy for him as well as us to put him to bed. Assembling instructions could be improved, especially illustrations so be patient and definitely have another person help out.

Exactly what we wanted for little girls small room

Worth any penny This is exactly what we were looking to get for our 5 year old daughter. She has a small room and this gives her so much more room for activities. We love the stairs because its makes us feel safer than a ladder and the extra storage is great. She loves climbing up and being higher than we are. I think this will be around for years to come in her room. We added lighting underneath and a beanbag chair for lounging as an extra fun touch. Eventually well upgrade the toys to a desk for her schoolwork. Assembly went pretty well with 2 adults. We completed it in 3.5-4 hours. My husband used his impact gun on low and it sped up the process a bit.

Hope you like s are really good at following picture directions

It was what I needed and a good deal The small metal locking screws were weak broke when installed. We had a number of the dowel pins break as they were installed by hand. Other than needing to use a few of our own screws, the bed is great. Very solid once together. My son compared the 5 boxes when opened to a giant pile of wooden s.

Tip for putting together, sum up of reviews

Quality workmanship! Worth the buy, read the reviews, mine sums up several. The seller is very nice I have had to contact twice, once wondering about the shipping and the 2nd was we received one broken board that they are replacing. For the people complaining about shipping, they use fed ex which I DO NOT use and I have my own online candle business lol they are terrible, any time something is shipped to me it bounces around to different fedex locations in the same area for several days. Fed ex made a mistake and we received the last 2 boxes of the 4 late due to fed ex not putting them on the right truck and would not unload it on the weekend although this was their mistake which they admitted. That is not the seller. The packages are very well packed in boxes that are wrapped in bubble wrap then another box carrying that. I had one broken board that I told the seller about and only a few hours at that the seller contacted me. Great customer service. Putting together takes 2 people at least and time, we worked on it the last 2 nights and got the bed part together and slept on one night. It is sturdy, most of the people saying its not sturdy are the ones complaining about the instructions I was right in assuming this when reading reviews before buying (instructions could be labeled better but work). My boyfriend and meet the 350 limit exactly, I am pregnant so it will be less in a month when I have the baby. We are going to add 4 extra slats and another bottom brace board just for piece of mind, he checked to see if the slats bowed a little under the bed when I was on it so thats why we are. The bed IS NICE and worth it. I am happy with this purchase and cant wait until its finished. I will update after contacting the seller if anything changes about the bed. If you have problems just contact the seller. TIP FOR PUTTING TOGETHER: Half of the items are not labeled or they were and got painted over. We kept getting confused on the 4 posts of the bed so finally I said lets label them! After we did that it was so much easier. Stay organized while putting together, lay items up against the wall not in the middle of the floor, my boyfriend did this first and it made it harder. Most pieces are easy to tell which ones they are but it can be overwhelming if you let it be. Be patient and yes it takes a while but a great investment.
