It feels great. Lets start with saying that im 52 and put this bed together by myself. Im not going to say it was hard to put together but Id recommend having a taller person help you hold the pieces up while you assemble it. Also note that they only give you an L/shaped hand wrench to put this whole bed of a million parts together. If I could change ONE single thing that would have been it, because I couldnt even use my drill to put this together so Im dreading taking it down when I move. BUT overall this is a beautiful sturdy bed. It doesnt make noise or falter duringadult activities. Dont ask me how I know but it can support full body weight on the beams and the rails are resistant to scratches. Really good buy for the price.

Must buy. A few points: we bought this for my daughter and hoped we could slide some narrow totes under it but it sits low to the ground. Not that that would be a negative / my daughter loves the bed. Also, tha canapoy portion isnt as tall as you would expect. Its easy to put together and very attractive. We put a box spring with it and I prefer how that looks.
