A complete lie! Says low VOX and non toxic ?!? Very toxic product, and I mean that literally. The bed sticks of very nasty chemical smell. We have tried to air it out for a week now even cleaned it with vinegar and water and still the smell persists. Its so bad that u cant even be in the room without getting a headache from this toxic smell!
I dont know how this false advertisement is allowed to be sold on to poison our children. I will be contacting BBB about this false advertisement and contacting HQ.

The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! ASSEMBLY ADVICE: Get a bottle of wood glue (4oz is plenty) and use it during assembly for the head and footboard assembly (both ends). Using it on the headend slats means that they dont clack around or make a noise as they are otherwise loose in their slots. Using it on every other joint groove where you find bare wood just makes it all extra sturdy. Dont use too much glue otherwise it will ooze out or drip, but you can wipe it off.
This goes together really easily but do follow the instructions. I bought several so the first one took longer - the main thing is to ensure that everything goes the right way up and the right way round as several parts could go either way and you dont want to take it apart and flip it once you realise - and you cant if youve glued!. In particular, ensure that the central support bar is horizontal and right under the base slats. If its at an angle, youve got the footboard piece upside down. Use an electric drill to fix the base slats. Everything else by hand. It should all take less than an hour to assemble.
Note: This appears to be the same as another product under a different brand. Id bought that one previously but it was out of stock so I bought this one instead and all parts seems to be identical. Search for B07Y5XTFC4 if this one is out of stock.
One thing I didnt like is that they use styrofoam/polystyrene in the packaging which cant be recycling. Im sure its the best and the bed arrived in perfect condition but Id prefer card or something else.
I am about 111 pounds and my child is 40lb. I barely sat on the edge of the bed when the entire thing collapsed. The supporting metal bar underneath the mattress is literally attached to a piece of cardboard attached to the wooden bed frame. First, a slat broke, it got replaced and now this. Imagine if anyone was actually jumping on the bed.
Good quality, looks fantastic The packing kept it from getting any damage during shipping. Good quality and great value for the cost. It was very easy to assemble. Myself and my 10 year old daughter put it together without any confusion. She loves it!!!!!

Simple, unique and elegant My 3 year was ready for a big boy bed and this one was perfect! The navy color even matches a dresser that I painted when he was a baby! Very easy to assemble and great quality for the price! Took me by myself about 1.5 hours to assemble.

Very good quality for the price
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Very beautiful and good qualityfor the price. Both of my daughters loved their beds.
