It’s not a quality made piece of furniture, but the price wasn’t astronomical either. I suppose you get what you pay for. The color was truly not “dark gray “. It has a weird greenish tint to it. I’m confident I’ll end up getting a chair cover for it until I can find the funds to replace it.
It’s a pretty chair for the purpose that we purchased it. A corner chair to fill up space. But, if this is for a regular sitting chair, it is rock hard. Hopefully over time and regular use, it would soften up.
At this current time, because we don’t use it for a regular chair, when our guests do sit on it, it’s a little embarrassing due to the lack of comfort.
The chair arrived assembled except for the legs. I was supposed to have legs that were numbered 2, 2,3, and 4 but what I got was 2, 3, 4, and 4. Also, there were some puckers in the upholstery. Im hoping they will
eventually resolve with time and use. The quality of the fabric is also not as good as I had hoped. Its not
really a very comfortable chair to sit in either and I would order it again.
Love the chair but it came with what looked like tiny holes/scratch marks on one arm. Called the number to see what could be done. We left 2 messages but no return calls.

You’re a chair. You’ve got one job to do and that’s to let people sit on you comfortably. Not so much. Overstuffed and rather hard.

Decent
Only gave it a 4 star because it came with a hole in it… and customer service is impossible. However the chair itself is good.
