Ive only had the frame for about a week, so I cannot comment long term, but I would like to provide a brief review of assembly. The organization of small parts is excellent. They come in a single, well organized package (I should have taken a photo) that contains an extra of each part(!). The instructions are clear AND each individual part that could be installed 2 different ways is clearly labeled (match A to A, B to B). Having a second set of hands was helpful when connecting larger pieces; otherwise, assembly can easily be accomplished by one person.
Despite the photo clearly showing a wooden center support and wooden center legs, the product actually has a thin metal center support and metal center legs. Id purchased this frame specifically because it was entirely wood to help cut down on vibrations from the building. Otherwise, the frame is quite well designed and put together.
I recently decided I hated our old mattress, so off to the mattress store we went to get something new to help my lower back pain! We landed on a moderately priced memory foam mattress. Our old metal frame, which was also a platform frame, was not going to do the trick. After looking at , some local furniture stores, and pages of frames on , we decided on this one. The price and prime shipping were some of the main reasons we picked this one. The wood was another thing I wanted and it does not disappoint. It was easy to assemble for the most part and is very sturdy upon assembly. The two of us together equal about 300 lbs total and have had no problems on the king sized frame with a memory foam mattress. We did slightly modify this frame to accommodate the memory foam mattress by adding a layer of particle board on top of the slats. The slats themselves though were surprisingly sturdy. The frame arrives in one box so it will possibly require some help getting it into the house depending on how much you can lift. Overall I would definitely buy this frame again.
This is the second 14 platform bed that I have purchased. I liked the first one so much, that I decided to replace my other bed frame also. What I noticed the first night I slept on the bed was that there were no squeaks from springs or slats when I turned over. The frames are easy to assemble and everything fits as it should. The first one has a foam type mattress and the second one has a traditional mattress (now without the springs). Both of these beds are just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than they were with traditional bed frames, and definitely quieter.

Pretty good, stable. Our only problem is that we keep stubbing our toes on the middle support leg on each side.
