The instruction doesnt say but the padded side of the bar is the side you want on the top. Also the instructions tell you to put piece three and piece three together but you put three and b together. I assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes.
Im always weary of raving reviews and I hardly ever write my own but this one deserves it! I just put this bed together in under 1/2 hour and Im no DIYer! Honestly, the parts were well wrapped, clear instructions, everything lined up, it even included a tiny ratchet Allen wrench! BRAVO!!!! I suppose not all reviews are BS!
Everything lined up perfectly on assembly. Nice looking and seems sturdy. Be careful not to over tighten the bolts. One of the embedded bolt nuts seems to be spinning without getting tight. Certainly sturdy in the twin version. Hardware packaging, instructions and numbering of pieces are outstanding. They supply an allan wrench and a ratchet allan wrench.
I purchased the Kings size platform bed. It came earlier than expected, all the pieces were in one box, all pieces were marked, the hardware came organized in a ziplock bag...and also included the tools needed to assembly. It was super easy to put together (one hour) and it looked awesome!! Highly recommend this product!!
This was super easy to assemble and was delivered on time. It also has a good amount of space underneath so I can easily put things under for storage. For the price, Im extremely happy.
If you are sexually active and have hardwood floors in your bedroom, maybe reconsider or prepare to look up stuff to add to the legs of the bed frame, this thing is impossible to do the do on the side of the bed without it ending up on the other side of the bedroom and or knocking over the night stand, other than that its a nice overall bed frame

Great quality bed frame
I built this all by myself and was definitely doable. Very sturdy. I love the storage space underneath and the overall quality feels very nice.
