I like, some others didnt expect this rug to be overly thick and lush, but sure didnt expect it to be so thin. Its soft though. Ill be buying a thick enough pad to go underneath to where the hard floor isnt so noticeable.
Absolutely love the feeling of this rug. It is soft and fluffy, has a great shag and absolutely love the rainbow colors. It is a very thin rug. One of the selling points is that it is listed as having non-slip on the back. We have been searching for a great rug with non-slip as we have hardwood floors. Upon removal from package I placed it where it will live and let it sit for a couple of days before testing it. The slide is still there. Looking at the rugs back side you can see that there is what looks like non-slip coating. However, I need something that grips just a bit more than this rug. Otherwise, this is a perfect piece, exactly what wer were looking for in every other aspect.
Alright so its more than just fun for your feet. Its a great addition to any room and looks great. The feel is lovely. So much that youll want to run your hands and feet across for hours. I have it spread out on hardwood floors and it doesnt slide around when I walk or run over it. Its a welcomed addition and give the room a nice warm feel. This is great for bedrooms, dorms, home offices, and smaller living rooms.
I want to let anyone know considering buying this, that in order to get it truly fluffy and soft you will have to thoroughly brush it with a bristled cleaning brush. It made such a big difference to slightly unravel the shag coil and give more density.
When we first got the rug, I wasnt sore about it because the way it came looked like a blanket. But when we got it out and unfolded it and fluffed it, it made the rug better. It is very soft and pretty. It is very nice next to the bed. My daughter loves the rug.
Overall, I liked the rug. I have a hardwood floor in my bedroom, so I wanted a rug to warm it up a little and give me something to step on first thing in the morning. Combined with a non-slip rug pad, its been perfect. It doesnt slide, warmed up my room about 5-10 degrees and looks very nice.
My only complaint is that it was a little sparse. If youre up close, it looks like the threads are kind of bare. Not very plush. But overall, I was pleased.
