Setup was super easy. My brother had the bottom and springs on by himself in under an hour. With help from me the netting went on very easy. And complete install in under 2 hours with a kid jumping on it at the same time.
Netting material is light and it may snag, so hopefully it lasts through the summer. we shall see, kids are rough loves it!

Was very easy to assemble and seems much better than lower quality/cheaper models, while also not having to spend too much. 2 boys LOVE it and wake up bright and early everyday to jump. Net is sturdy and thick for safety, bounce is fantastic with springs and mat, and weight capacity fits our 4 person family perfectly. customer service is truly what has set this product apart from the others. Professional, diligent, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They made the experience worth everything.
There are so many different trampolines made, but the people behind this one is what truly made the decision easy. Very durable.
I had an issue with the poles and customer service addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to right the wrong. Cora from stayed in contact to resolve the issue and I was very impressed. Do the work.

High quality and the kids love it! We couldnt get our 3 and 4 year olds off of it. Took about two hours to set up and was fairly easy to put together. Only issue was that two screw holes werent lined up properly so we had to use self/drilling screws. HAPPY!!
