    Simply awful!

It folds up on you while you are resting. Absolutely terrible. It will not support a full grown adult.

    Very sturdy, good quality fabric

This purchase says, I know what Im doing. Looks attractive. Has just a small footprint for being able to convert to a twin size bed. It is very firm. Most people would want a mattress topper to be comfortable. It is heavy, and requires two to move up stairs.

Exactly what I needed for my office

Ok. Good price. I uploaded pictures of the chair, folded down to a lounge chair and then folded all the way out. It supports my very big and heavy dogs (one is 155lbs), easily. Its sturdy and comfy although I havent slept on it. It works for what I needed it for and its got animal approval!

No assembly, easy to handle, sturdy

Highly recommended. Exactly what we wanted. The bars that hold up the foot and head ends of the cot are well hidden inside Velcro flaps. Velcro flaps require a slight tug for them to be evenly aligned when closing back. Head has adjustable position (I noted three inclines). Flaps that cover the unsightly metal bars inside have small circle magnets that adhere to metal bars, you will need to place them intently on the corner of the bar to cover it up and have out of sight, otherwise the magnet will fall where ever it will and could cause a small bunch in the flap (of course this is easily remedied by moving it downward). Its a good amount of weight, Im 5ft and carry it with a bit of intent throughout the house, Im sure it would be far easier for others assuming the folded ottoman isnt two thirds their body size! The pillow is more of a long bump of padding, or possible lumbar support. The cushion is definitely what youd expect when looking at it. Enough moderate cushion to have a quick comfortable nap, if this is a regular guest cot, an adult requiring more cushion might require some slight extra cushion thrown on top before using for several nights, but Id say still okay to use as is for a night or two. If you have frisky kids or animals that will jump on this often, you might not get too much life out of this. Doesnt seem the quality to last more than 5 years with frequent usage, but I suppose that last opinion is relative to what frequent means for you.

    very comfortable bed / lounge

So far so good! Looks great and feels sturdy Easy to unpack and set up - you just lift up the top and the other sections fold out and youre all set. Very comfortable both as a bed and as a lounge area. I have a new secret lounge area for reading, napping, watching TV, gabbing on the phone. I love it!

    Great purchase

High quality product. Takes time to assemble. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I was concerned about having the space for a bed in an office, but this purchase put my worries to ease. Highly recommend to anyone.

    Repeated collapse with no warning

Ive only seen one other person mention this, but theres no locking mechanism for the support legs when you turn it into a bed. So if you sit on one of the ends, or turn over in your sleep, one or both ends collapse with no warning, dumping you on the floor. Ive tried tightening everything up, but it made no difference. Ive come up with a potential solution of putting a rubber bath mat under the leg part, and then also using a door stop to keep the leg part open (the door stop by itself wasnt enough, but on the no slip surface it seems okay). The problem now is that I cant bring myself to offer this as a bed to any guests because I dont trust that it wont still collapse. If this were a $100 experiment, I wouldnt mind finding ways to make it work, but for $400, I really resent having to figure out how to make this safe. As just an ottoman, its nice. I use it against the wall with the pillow as extra seating in my office, and for that its great. For guests, we gave up on this and actually went with an folding metal bed frame and put an foam mattress on it. The frame folds completely flat, and the frame and mattress both fit under a regular bed. (If anyone knows a good way to keep the from collapsing. Please let us know! Thanks!
